Yes. We have separate domain for institutions (doctors & purchase department), vendors/dealers and manufacturers where they can register accordingly. Individual portals are interconnected, efficiently channelizing demand and supply from various ends.

The registration process is priced on monthly and annual subscription basis. Further, long term plans are in the process to roll out.

Though in case of anything missing or deleted, kindly raise a ticket and we will rectify/restore according to activities performed.
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you.

Your order with multiple items may be dispatched in same package or separate packages
When any of the item in the Order is dispatched, email and SMS is sent. Status of rest of the items will be conveyed in the same email
If we are experiencing any unavoidable delay or you’re not dispatched/delivered till the expected date, please don't panic; expect a SMS, email or a call from our team.

We are in process of rolling out our APP soon.
With various discounted offers on the go from dealers and manufacturers, you receive an email, sms and a notification on your portal for respected products. You can reply directly through SMS with your custom message: which can be as short as “YES” or “NO”.
Whereas, you can later reply with your formal Price Bid or Quotation by logging into your account.
We are in process of rolling out Tenders facility. Though, currently unavailable, we hope to bring in the most advanced and efficient tendering process through Hospytek.
You need to change the status of your Price Request/ Quotation Request to Postponed. This will render the price bid and quotations received invalid. For future request of the same products, new request and responses will be generated. Hospytek, advises to generate only confirmed request. Failing to do so, will lead to loss in trust among valued participants among one another. This can further affect participants business propositions.
